The Closing Ceremony of Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem Recognition Program (EKSA) at the Institute of Bioscience 2023

20 October 2023 - The Institute of Bioscience (IBS) commends the dedication of its staff in fostering the implementation of the Ecosystem Conducive Public Sector (EKSA). This commitment was celebrated through the Closing Ceremony of the EKSA Recognition Program, held in the Auditorium Hall of IBS. The awards were presented by YBhg. Professor Dr. Daud Ahmad Israf Ali, Director of IBS, across six contested categories.

The Sireh Merah Zone secured victory in the Best Staff Room category, Mahkota Dewa Zone triumphed in the Best Room/ File Room category, and Sireh Merah Zone excelled in the Best Staff Cubicle category. Lelabah Zone claimed the title of the Best Meeting Room, and Mahkota Dewa Zone emerged victorious in the Best EKSA Information Corner category. The highlight of the ceremony was the Sireh Merah Zone being crowned as the Best Zone. Each first-place winner received a hamper and a certificate of appreciation.

In the second-place positions, the Bakawali Zone secured the Best Staff Room, Sireh Merah Zone claimed the Best Room/ File Room, Kamunting Cina Zone excelled in the Best Staff Cubicle, Mahkota Dewa Zone won in the Best Meeting Room, and Rerama Ungu Zone stood out in the Best EKSA Information Corner. 

The third-place positions were secured by the Mahkota Dewa Zone in the Best Staff Room, Kamunting Cina Zone in the Best Room/ File Room, Bakawali Zone in the Best Staff Cubicle, Rerama Ungu Zone in the Best Meeting Room, and Kasturi Zone in the Best EKSA Information Corner. Second and third-place winners were honored with certificates of appreciation.

The winners were selected by the jury, Mr. Mohamad Johadi Iskandar Che Jamil, the EKSA IBS Facilitator. The assessment was based on six EKSA evaluation criteria, including main implementation requirements, workplace/ office space, public places, environmental safety, departmental environmental areas, and special places. Congratulations to all the recipients of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem Recognition Program (EKSA) at the Institute of Bioscience in 2023.
