11 March 2024 - The Director's Meeting Session with the Institute of Bioscience (IBS) Staff was convened on March 11, 2024, at the Auditorium, IBS, marking her 40th day as the Director of the Institute of Bioscience. This gathering served as a platform for the IBS Director to present the Narrative and Research Framework of the Institute of Bioscience to the staff, aligning it with UPM's Strategic Direction Framework and the Research, Development, Innovation, Commercialization, and Economic (RDICE) Mission of UPM 2050. Additionally, the Director shared updates on the current status of the nine Special Projects of the Institute of Bioscience 2022-2025. Moreover, the Director emphasized to the staff the importance of performing their duties diligently, striving to exceed customer expectations while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Following the presentations, an interactive session was held where the IBS staff had the opportunity to ask questions and express their views. The session concluded with a group photo with the Director, and sincere gratitude was extended to all IBS staff members involved in the event.
