Congratulations to Prof. Dr. Mohd Basyaruddin Abdul Rahman and his colleagues for their latest publication in Dalton Transactions. This paper demonstrates a new one-pot strategy for realizing a surface-functionalized zeolitic imidazolate framework. It was actively targeted on the cancer cells, via an autonomous homing peptide system, to deliver a chemotherapeutic payload effectively.
