9 JULY 2026 – PUSPANITA Cawangan Kecil Jabatan Pertahanan Awam successfully attended the Cancer Research Activity Program at UPM - Series 1: CANRES Open Day 2026 at the UPM-MAKNA Cancer Research Laboratory (CANRES), Institute of Bioscience, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). The educational community programme took place from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Through this program, delegates gained direct insight into standard research workflows and specialized equipment used in baseline studies for isolating and purifying natural extracts for cancer research. Participant feedback was positive, with attendees expressing high satisfaction as the session successfully enhanced their understanding of research procedures and the latest technologies in cancer treatment.
