30 June 2025 – The Talent@IBS Program for the Skim C Technical Presentation – June 2025 Session was successfully conducted with the participation of laboratory staff from the Institute of Bioscience (IBS). The program was held at the Microscopy Unit, IBS.

The first presenter, Ms. Anidazura Zulkiffli, a Science Officer from the Aquatic Animal Health and Therapeutics Laboratory (AquaHealth), delivered a talk titled Basic Light Microscope Maintenance Tips. Following that, Ms. Farrah Deba Jamiauddin, an Assistant Science Officer from the Microscopy Unit (EM), IBS, presented on the topic Introduction to Ultramicrotomy.

This monthly program is an initiative by the IBS Laboratory Services Management Secretariat, aimed at strengthening technical knowledge and enhancing staff understanding of specific laboratory equipment and techniques. It is hoped that this sharing session will serve as a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences among IBS laboratory staff.
