The programme, scheduled to run monthly from 24 April, aims to create a knowledge-sharing platform and enhance staff competence through exposure to relevant practical topics. The initiative places emphasis on the involvement of staff from diverse backgrounds, who are given the opportunity to share their respective expertise and experiences to empower their life skills and personal development.
