IBS 2025 Team Building Program Site Assessment

17 Jun 2025 – A total of 13 delegates from the Institute of Bioscience (IBS), Universiti Putra Malaysia, conducted a site visit in preparation for the 2025 IBS Team Building Strengthening Program. The visit took place at the Institute of Leadership and Development (ILD), UiTM Bandar Enstek, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The delegation was led by the Director of IBS, Professor Dr. Zunita Zakaria.

The IBS delegates were warmly received by the Deputy Registrar of ILD, Madam Rozalina binti Rukli, together with her administrative team. The introductory session began with a presentation by Madam Rozalina on the background of ILD and the facilities available, including several amenities comparable to those at ILD Bandar Enstek.

The main objective of the visit was to assess the suitability of the facilities and amenities for the upcoming program scheduled to take place from 17 to 18 October 2025. During the tour, the delegates were shown the seminar rooms, auditorium, cafeteria, and all accommodation units prepared for participants. The comprehensive, clean, and well-maintained facilities met the expectations and standards of the IBS management.

In addition, the program secretariat also inspected and tested the obstacle course and identified suitable areas for recreational activities, telematches, and group exercises. The visit further assisted in identifying potential program content aligned with the chosen theme, while also considering several activity options and safety aspects that need to be addressed.
