The Microscopy Unit provides professional services and sophisticated microscope facilities in support of research activities. Not only does this unit facilitate researchers who require data at the biomolecular and nano levels, but it also conducts R&D in the field of microscopy and microanalysis.
The Microscopy Unit owns the latest and the most complete facilities for research in the field of electron microscopy and microanalysis. These services are available for researchers from within and outside UPM. Most of the equipment in this unit is the first of its kind in Malaysia.
