Education and work history

The research focus of is on identifying the therapeutic efficacy of natural products and medicinal foods against human disease/disorders such as cancer, diabetes, obesity, immunosuppression and inflammation. She also evaluates the anti-cancer effect and the mechanisms of nano-encapsulated compounds on mammalian cancer cell lines and tumor inoculated mouse model. She is a life member of Asian Federation ofBiotechnology (AFOB) since 2019.
