Education and work history

Dr. Intan Shameha is an Associate Professor that affiliated with the Department of Veterinary Pre-Clinical Science, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2000 and Doctor of Philosophy in 2011 from UPM. Her research interest are: Histology, anatomy, and ultrastructural study of various systems of different animal species. Nanomedicine, particularly in drug delivery systems for various cancer cells. Neuroscience particularly equine neurology or neuroanatomy. Edible-bird’s nest research. The use of the animal model for biomedical research Her research findings have been published in various national and international journal. Her diverse research interests highlight her commitment to expanding knowledge across various disciplines in veterinary medicine and related sciences.
