1 February 2024 - The Research Proposal Seminar (SPS5903/SPS6903) is a compulsory course for Master's and PhD students, to be completed no later than the second semester of their program. This course focuses on the scientific presentation and constructive evaluation of research proposals, with an emphasis on presentation skills and refining the proposals themselves.
Before the presentation, students are required to submit an abstract that has been reviewed and verified by their respective supervisors. On the presentation day, each student is allocated a specific time slot, and they are allotted 15 minutes for presenting their research proposal, followed by a 10-minute question and answer session with the assessor. Students meeting the established score criteria will receive a rating of Satisfactory (grade M), while those who do not will be rated Unsatisfactory (grade TM).
