16 June 2023 - Institute of Bioscience (IBS) successfully held a briefing session titled "The Strengthening Practices for Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA)" in its auditorium. The session was conducted by Mrs. Shamriza Shari, the EKSA coordinator and facilitator from the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) at Universiti Putra Malaysia.

The primary objective of organising this briefing was to further enhance the quality and productivity of the conducive environment services. The goal was to act as a catalyst for quality work transformation by adhering to clear work standards and fostering team spirit. The event witnessed the attendance of 46 IBS staff members.
