Education and work history

Dr. Che Azurahanim Che Abdullah is an Associate Professor of at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She obtained her PhD. in Biophysics from University of Surrey, UK in 2012. Her research focuses on the interface of nanotechnology and biology. In particular, her works on the interface of material science (nanotechnology), agricultural science, and biotechnology, have been published in local and international journals.  She has served as an ambassador for international conferences, a technical program committee member, an editorial board member, and a reviewer for several journals. She is frequently invited to speak at seminars, workshops, and conferences at the local and international levels. Additionally, she is involved in a variety of youth and community projects including mobility and science. With her contributions, she has gained recognition among honorable subject experts and received several reputed awards including a number of national, international, and industrial grants.
