Education and work history

Fatihah focuses mainly on plant research by undertaking various studies including molecular biology, physiology, genomics and transcriptomics studies on rice and chili as well as legume and banana. She also engages in non-plant projects including zebrafish and shipworm as co-researcher to contribute in bioinformatic analyses. She has published in local and international journals and presented her works in different conferences. She also has involved as speaker and facilitator in various molecular biology and bioinformatics workshops.
