The Institute of Bioscience (IBS), UPM continues its commitment to talent development through the Talent@IBS Staf Pelaksana: Klinik Putra Finance program. Held at the Tongkat Ali Emas Seminar Room, this marks the second program in the series, featuring a fresh and more practical topic.
With 44 participants in attendance, the program successfully met its strategic goals, earning an impressive average satisfaction score between 4.39 and 4.68. This success highlights how much the staff benefited from the training modules provided.
The program's main goals were to create a space for knowledge sharing, boost work skills through relevant topics, and encourage a culture of lifelong learning. Additionally, it gave staff the chance to share their own expertise, improve their digital skills, and ensure they stay updated with today’s organizational needs.
Through this initiative, IBS hopes to produce support staff who are more proactive and competitive. Congratulations to all participants for their active involvement in driving excellence for the Institute of Bioscience and UPM!
