Congratulations to Prof. Dr. Foo Hooi Ling and her colleagues for their latest publication in Scientific Reports. This study aimed to lower the production cost of postbiotic RS5 by enhancing its antimicrobial activity, via improvement of the culture density of L. plantarum RS5 and cost reduction of growth medium.
