12 June 2026 – The Institut Biosains (IBS) successfully held the third installment of its Talent@IBS Programme for support staff, hosted at the Tongkat Ali Emas Seminar Room, IBS. Taking place on Friday, 13 June 2026, the session brought together support staff and
officers alike, part of ongoing efforts to foster a culture of continuous knowledge-sharing across the university.
This edition featured two key sharing sessions aimed at sharpening participants' day-to-day work efficiency. The first, titled "Guidelines on Making e-Claim Submissions and Trust Account Management," was delivered by Pn. Noranizian Hj. Mat Zin, while the second turned to "Asset Management: Special Module – Asset Placement," led by En. Noor Ramin Ahmad. Both speakers offered clear, hands-on explanations that participants can refer back to.
At its core, the programme serves as a refresher platform, keeping staff up to date and alert to the latest developments in financial management systems and proper asset-handling procedures. The interactive format also gave participants the chance to raise questions directly, helping them iron out any technical issues they've run into at the office.
Given the positive impact the Talent@IBS programme has had so far, management is committed to keeping this worthwhile initiative going on a monthly basis. The hope is that this proactive step will sustain the momentum of excellence, build staff competency, and strengthen the spirit of teamwork across the entire IBS community.
