28 February 2023 - Congratulations to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ina Salwany Md Yasin for receiving the Best Poster Award in “The Bacti Network & Microbiology Society Focused Meeting: Vaccines as Tools to Combat Antimicrobial Resistance”. This meeting was conducted on 27 to 28 February 2023, at Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The meeting addressed key topics on antimicrobial resistant (AMR) issues as well as vaccines impacts in the prevention of infections, consequently reducing the needs for antibiotics and impeding the emergence of AMR. During the meeting, Dr. Ina Salwany's poster entitled “Fish Vaccination Development Against Vibriosis in Malaysia: Status and Challenges” has successfully attracted the judges’ attention and been awarded with the Best Poster Award.
